STUDIO ANNEXE · EAST NEUK OF FIFE
SHORT-TERM LETS
Low Tide - our self-contained Studio Annexe for two in Lundin Links, on the Fife coast, available as a short-term holiday let.

Alongside my studio practice, we welcome guests to Low Tide, our Studio Annexe here on the Fife coast. It offers a base by the sea for anyone wanting to spend time in this corner of the world and explore the coastline for themselves - the same shoreline I walk and comb every day.

The space
Low Tide is a beautiful self-contained studio annexe - perfect for a quiet getaway. Just 150 yards from Largo Beach and overlooking Lundin Golf Club, it sits on the Fife Coastal Path in a picturesque seaside village.
The annexe is joined to our main family home but completely self-contained, with private access through French doors at the front and your own door to the sunny enclosed garden at the rear. The open-plan space has a king-size bed, two-seater sofa, kitchen table and a well-equipped kitchenette (gas hob, fridge, combination microwave oven, toaster, kettle and coffee maker), plus a smart TV, wi-fi, books and board games. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail, and bed linen, towels, tea and coffee are all provided.
Outside there’s a seating area and BBQ, and the enclosed rear garden is safe for dogs off the lead - we can welcome up to two pets, just let us know when booking. On arrival you’ll be sent a code for your own key box.
The village
Lundin Links is a beautiful seaside village on the Fife Coastal Path, popular with families, golfers, walkers and cyclists, with local parks, beaches, small shops and places to eat - all within walking distance. Down on the beach you’ll find the Castaway Sauna, and there’s a playpark and tennis courts near the studio. St Andrews, Elie, Anstruther, Leven and Kirkcaldy are all close by.
Getting around
We’re well placed for exploring with or without a car. The Fife Coastal Path passes yards from the door, and a network of cycle paths links the villages along the coast. Buses run from the village to St Andrews (X60, 97) and Leven, where you’ll find both a bus station and a train station with direct services to Edinburgh. There’s ample free parking, and EV charging is available on request for a small additional fee.
